Celine Dion's The Power of Love just popped into my download list right now, and it's just so funny that just came out of nowhere! Anyways, I hadn't heard this song in a while, and I remember that my mum would listen to it when I was a kiddo. Soon enough, the lyrics of the chorus got stuck in my head, and I would do my lame attempts to sing like Celine. No way that could happen, but yeah, I was just a kid.

Nevertheless, it's a great song, quite lovely, but still cheesy. =D



Justice is pretty darn spiffy as well. Their electro tunes right now have me hooked, especially their single, Phantom. They're on my profile right now, ofcourse, it's just that the song is great.
There's also We Are Your Friends, that's a versus track with them and Simian Mobile Disco, and it's just great as well. Ha ha, you should check out the video too; I love it, and it just seems like the people are having so much fun. ^_^ Nevertheless, check out Justice and Simian Mobile Disco. Both great electro bands. ^_^

Deuxième.

I can't stop listening to TV on the Radio's Wolf Like Me. That song has been on my head all week, along with Electric Relaxation.

Friday night, when I went to Hollywood, I passed by the Musicbox down Hollywood Blvd., and TV on the Radio was playing. I was just so disappointed that I didn't find out about those tickets.
Today, coincidentally, I was in Downtown LA shopping, and there was a TV on the Radio poster pasted on the construction walls. I just found it so funny because I've just been going places, and abruptly I would find TV on the Radio.

First day starting off this blog!

Let me introduce myself,
my name is Priscilla, otherwise known as Scilla. =)

Starting a music blog just popped out of my head today,
since I've been downloading just tons of songs particularly on this day,
more than I usually do,
and I'd just like to share my music interests with everyone.

I usually find new music daily,
or find new songs,
albums,
or EP's,
and I just love it. =)

My music tastes are quite diverse actually,
they can range from Electroclash, Indie, Folk, Hip-Hop, Ambient, Ska-Pop, 80's, to House.

For today, I'll recommend Electric Relaxation by A Tribe Called Quest.
I've been listening to this song all week, and probably if you see it on my last.fm, it'll probably be number one since all the plays it's had this week. The beat is just great, and makes you just want to chill. Well, at least for me it does =). Check it out, and tell me what you think. As for me, this song is number one for me this week.
